Reem Rizk (she/her) specialises in the intersection of literary and visual arts. In her time at OCADU, she has led the development of the publication "Petal Projections", published short fiction collection “Tuck Me In”, and has begun crafting her thesis, a graphic novel entitled “Dream Diary”. Her multi-disciplinary passions interweave to fuel the themes of personhood, femininity, and nature that her narratives often take.

Claire Diamant (she/her) is a twenty-one-year-old writer, designer and actress from Victoria, British Columbia. Despite having written obsessively for as long as she can remember, she still can’t spell simultaneously without voice-to-text. She is currently attending OCADU for Creative Writing, where she worked as the Managing Editor for its second annual Pulse Journal. She is so incredibly honoured to be a part of Petal Projections.

Abby Barrett (she/her) is a portrait photographer based in Toronto. She enjoys challenging herself by exploring different mediums as well as combining them into her photographic works. She is interested in incorporating makeup and fashion into her own work as well as using her environment to compliment the subject. Her small-town background and creative prowess has allowed her to capture a unique ambience that exudes individuality and freedom of expression.
